I am checking out Gasoline Engine Powered portable air compressors.
Some may find this article helpful & Interesting.
I am at least 10 months to 2 years away from building the garage I want here on my Farm in Illinios.
The Big Historic Barn that once stood here is long gone.
Shit load of land I Have.
Have my 1-1/2 car garage & big lean to shed & a full Basement in my huge old farmhouse.
Full size upright air compressors are just not practical for my needs.
Rack up your power bill if you use it alot.
Small Gas engines running are somewhat economical.
Contractors use portable gasoline engine powered air compressors building brand new houses.

My research shows that you need 10-12 cfm @ 90 psi to make sandblasting & glass beading easy outside.
The More CFM the better.
Looking at New & Used Gasoline Engine air compressors. Some were homemade I have found.

I found a Gas Air Powered Air Compressor that I like.
Used just 2 times.
It has 21 cfm output.
More than most upright shop air compressors.
I can roll it around on my farm on the far edge of my property & sandblast glass bead away.
No Power cord 230 VAC required.
To do so with an upright would take an extension cord over 1500 feet long.

The deisgn & idea dates back to at least 1946 by the US Military.
Found one used for Aircraft useage on Airstrips dated 1946, like to buy that too but its 400 miles away, just too far to go get it right now.

Going to pickup & buy the 21 cfm gas engine air compressor Saturday.
Arrangements made.
Cash on Hand $$$,
Its Fucken Bad AZZ.

Really get clean up work done now.
I am going Full Bore in 2017.
Got Money to earn building Engines, transmissions, Rear differentials,
& Race Cars.
Hellcats to race myself.
And I am going after all in the Vette World & Grumpys.
We are going to RACE.
Find out who is number 1.
Street Race at Night.
